Chief Seegars has been a Georgia State Board instructor since 2005. Based in Gwinnett County, he specializes in firearms, chemical weapons, and defensive tactics. He is also a licensed private investigator. Chief Seegars has extensive experience in various security roles, including auxiliary police officer, criminal investigator, and armored car courier. Chief serves as the President of both The Law Enforcement & Security Private Training Agency and PASS Protection Services.
